Terms & Conditions

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website travelmerchants.com (the “Site”) and the travel services offered by Travel Fare, Inc., doing business as Travel Merchants (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting travel services, you agree to these Terms.

Agency relationship

Travel Merchants acts as an authorized agent for airlines and other travel service providers. We are not the operator or provider of air transportation. Airline tickets and travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and rules of the applicable airline or provider. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, schedule changes, or any other actions of airlines or other travel service providers.

Fare quotes and pricing

All fare quotes provided are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed until a ticket has been issued. Quoted fares may change without notice due to airline pricing updates, currency fluctuations, or changes in taxes and fees. A service fee may apply in addition to the airfare. Any applicable service fees will be disclosed before you authorize payment.

Booking and payment

Once you approve a quoted fare and authorize payment, we will attempt to issue the ticket at the quoted price. In the rare event that the fare is no longer available at the quoted price, we will notify you of the updated fare before proceeding. Full payment is required at the time of ticketing unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation and change policies are determined by the airline and the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Many discounted and consolidator fares carry restrictions including non-refundability and change fees. We will inform you of the applicable fare rules before ticketing. If you wish to cancel or change a booking after ticketing, please contact us immediately. Our service fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been issued. Airline-imposed cancellation fees, change fees, and fare differences are the responsibility of the passenger.

Passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the name on your ticket matches the name on your government-issued identification exactly. Name corrections or changes after ticketing may incur fees or may not be permitted. You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health documentation. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and entry requirements of your destination country. You are responsible for arriving at the airport with sufficient time before departure as required by the airline.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is available through third-party providers and is not included in our services unless specifically requested and arranged.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Fare, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, lost baggage, or any acts or omissions of airlines or other travel service providers. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by you to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
